DIY builders and cheap marketplaces can leave you with poor structure, weak copy, slow pages, mobile issues and a website that is hard to grow later.

Navflow gives you a professionally built website designed to generate enquiries, build trust and scale with your business.

I mainly build brochure websites for trades and service-based businesses.

These are designed to explain what you do clearly, build trust and encourage more enquiries.

More advanced functionality can be added through add-ons or custom project requests.

You’ll speak directly with me, Dan, the founder and developer behind Navflow.

That means no sales handover, no account manager and no being passed between people who do not understand your project.

No. I do not use AI website generators or automated AI site builders.

Your website is planned, structured, designed and built around your business, your goals and your customers.

I use WordPress as the foundation for most builds because it is flexible, widely supported and scalable.

On top of that, I use a carefully selected stack of trusted tools such as Bricks, Elementor, Crocoblock and other systems depending on the project.

Yes, I can help with existing websites on other platforms if you need fixes, improvements, maintenance or support.

However, new builds are usually created with WordPress because it offers more control, flexibility and scalability.

I aim to finish most standard brochure websites within 14 days. However, the exact timeline depends on the project size, content, feedback, and how quickly everything is provided.

Yes. Your domain should always belong to you.

If I help you set one up, it will either be registered in your name or transferred to you where appropriate.

Basic on-page SEO foundations are included, such as clean structure, page titles, meta descriptions, image optimisation, sitemap setup and Google Search Console readiness.

Ongoing SEO, content campaigns, backlinks and monthly ranking work are separate.

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a specific Google ranking.

A strong website gives you a better foundation, but rankings depend on competition, content, reviews, backlinks, location and ongoing SEO work.

Ongoing SEO, content campaigns, backlinks and monthly ranking work are separate.

Your website is built using widely supported technology, with hosting, backups and access details kept organised.

Because it is built on WordPress, you are not locked into a private system that only one person can understand.

The monthly plan includes a professionally designed brochure website of up to 5 core pages: homepage, about page, contact page, service page and case study or portfolio page.

It also includes hosting, maintenance, security, backups, enquiry forms, analytics foundations, minor content edits and direct support.

Yes. The monthly plan has a 12-month minimum term.

This allows me to offer a lower upfront cost while covering the planning, design and development work involved.

After the first 12 months, you can continue on the monthly plan, upgrade your website or request to buy out the core website.

The buyout price is based on the Full Ownership Website Build price, with a 10% compounding discount for each completed year, capped after 5 years.

The monthly plan is a managed subscription service, so the website is not automatically transferred if you cancel.

If you want ownership later, you can request the buyout option after the initial 12-month term, or sign a new 12-month contract.

The buyout price is based on the Full Ownership Website Build price, with a 10% compounding discount for each completed year, capped after 5 years.

The monthly plan is ideal if you want a professional website without the large upfront cost.

It also includes hosting, maintenance, security, backups, minor edits and support in one simple monthly payment.

If you cancel before the end of the initial term, the remaining balance of the agreed minimum term will still be due.

This protects the planning, design and development work involved in building the website without a large upfront fee.

A new agreement may be required.

Depending on how long the website has been inactive, there may also be setup, restoration or update work needed before it can be relaunched.

Yes, minor content edits are included.

This includes text updates, image swaps, testimonial changes, contact detail changes, opening hours and CTA wording updates.

Major redesigns, new sections, additional pages and new functionality are quoted separately.

Not necessarily.

I’ll guide you through what is needed and help shape your content professionally. Full copywriting can be added separately if required.

Yes. Managed hosting is included as part of the monthly plan.

Monthly plans are paid by recurring invoice or agreed payment method.

Payment details, due dates and terms are confirmed before the project begins.

I’ll contact you first to resolve it.

If invoices remain unpaid with no communication, website support, edits, hosting or managed services may be paused until the account is brought up to date.

Additional standard pages are charged as a one-time fee, not an extra monthly cost.

More complex pages, custom layouts or advanced functionality are quoted separately.

You can request edits by email.

Small content updates are included. Larger layout changes, new sections, additional pages or new functionality are quoted separately.

A Full Ownership Website Build includes a custom brochure website of up to 5 core pages: homepage, about page, contact page, service page and case study or portfolio page.

It also includes responsive design, enquiry forms, analytics setup, conversion-focused structure and launch support.

Yes. Once the project is completed and fully paid for, ownership of the core website files and content is transferred to you.

Third-party plugins, licences, hosting, add-ons and integrations are handled separately.

The monthly plan keeps upfront costs lower and includes hosting, maintenance, support and minor edits.

The upfront option gives you ownership from day one, but hosting, maintenance, edits and ongoing support are handled separately.

Hosting is optional.

You can arrange your own hosting, or use Navflow’s managed hosting for an additional monthly fee.

Maintenance is optional.

A care plan is recommended if you want updates, security monitoring, backups and technical support handled professionally.

Yes. Ownership clients can have full control over the website.

However, if you prefer not to manage the technical side, support can be added separately.

Yes. You can add a care plan for hosting, updates, maintenance, edits and technical support.

This gives you ownership while still having help available when needed.

You receive post-launch support.

After that, you can manage the website yourself or continue with optional hosting, maintenance or support.

Yes. Booking systems, e-commerce, automations, advanced forms and other features can be added later.

These are quoted separately depending on the scope.

Once strategy, design or development work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because time has already been allocated.

Any refund request before work begins is reviewed based on the project stage and work already completed.

Add-ons can include copywriting, content support, photography touch-ups, blog setup, advanced forms, booking systems, CRM integrations, automations, e-commerce, quote calculators and other custom functionality.

Yes. Your website can be expanded as your business grows.

This is one of the main benefits of building with Navflow a scalable WordPress setup.

It depends on the add-on.

Some are one-time setup fees. Others require an ongoing monthly fee for maintenance, licensing, support or third-party tools.

Not as part of the standard monthly plan.

E-commerce requires extra setup, testing, payment configuration, product structure and maintenance, so it is quoted separately.

Yes. Booking systems can be added depending on your business needs.

This may include appointment scheduling, calendar sync, confirmation emails, reminders and admin management.

Yes. Ongoing SEO can be added separately if you want active work on rankings, content, local visibility or long-term organic traffic.

SEO is a long-term strategy, so it is usually handled as ongoing work rather than a one-off task.

Functionality relying on managed services, licences or third-party tools may stop working unless it is transferred to your own setup.

Any transfer work would be quoted separately.

In some cases, yes.

This depends on the licensing, integrations, third-party tools and technical setup involved.

Managed add-ons usually include support and maintenance while active.

If you take over an add-on yourself, you may need your own licences, accounts and maintenance setup.
