Refund and Cancellation Policy

Managed Monthly Plan

Cancellation

You may cancel the managed plan at any time by contacting hello@navflow.co.uk in writing. Service continues until the end of the current billing month.

Minimum Contract Term

The managed plan carries a 12-month minimum contract. If you cancel before the end of the initial 12-month term, the remaining balance for that term is due in full before service is terminated. For example, if you cancel at month 4, months 5 through 12 remain payable.

Refunds

Monthly payments already made are non-refundable. This reflects the design, development, hosting, and management work already carried out on your behalf.

Website on Cancellation

On cancellation of the managed plan (without buyout), the website is not transferred to you. If you wish to take ownership, see the Buyout option below.

Buyout Option

After the initial 12-month term, you may request to buy out the core website. The buyout price is based on the Full Ownership Build price at the time of request, with a 10% compounding discount applied for each completed year of the managed plan, capped at 5 years.

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any strategy, design, or development work has started, any deposit paid may be refunded at Navflow’s discretion, less any administrative costs already incurred.

After Work Has Started

Once work has begun, payments made are generally non-refundable, as time and resource have already been allocated to your project. Each situation is considered on its own merits and handled fairly.

After Launch

No refunds are available after the website has launched and been delivered.

Monthly Add-ons

Monthly add-ons not tied to the main managed plan contract can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Note on Managed Add-ons

Some add-ons rely on third-party tools, licences, or integrations. On cancellation, functionality dependent on those services may cease. Any transfer or migration work required is quoted separately.

One-Time Add-ons

One-time add-on fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed or delivered.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are an individual consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into an agreement under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If work has begun within that 14-day window at your request, you may be charged for the portion of work completed up to the point of cancellation.

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to hello@navflow.co.uk. Cancellations are not accepted verbally. The date of the written request is treated as the cancellation date.
